【Regarding Shipping】
・Excluding pre-ordered items, products will be shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
・We primarily use FedEx and DHL (occasionally UPS and Japan Post) for shipping.
・Please note that you cannot specify the shipping company.

【Please Note for International Buyers】
・We ship items from Japan.
・Import duties, taxes (example VAT, GST), and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
・Please check in advance about those additional costs in your customs office before buying. Generally, those additional costs will be charged by the carrier when you receive the item.
・We write the customs declaration correctly. No undervalue. No checkmark gift.
